STEP 2	How to disconnect your transmitter: Disconnect your wires, and replace your current system with ours. Adjust your transmitter range. Fit your new eXtreme Dog Fence Brand Collar (S) to the neck. That’s it! Saving money and containing your dog have never been easier.
STEP 3	Fill out our online Trade-In Form and print the completed form. Then send the printed form with your old Transmitter and Receiver Collar at your leisure via UPS or FedEx to: 209 N Duesenberg Dr, Auburn IN 46706
STEP 4	Once we receive your trade-in equipment we will promptly refund your credit to the same credit card you used to purchase your new system in Step 1

We’ll ship your new DIY Dog Fence right away but you can send your old fence in at any time to receive the credit. Take your time. We're so confident you'll prefer a DIY Dog Fence that we don't mind if you go ahead try out your new DIY system before sending in your old professionally installed system! Your $50.00 credit will be issued to the credit card used for your purchase once we’ve received your trade-in Invisible Fence® or Dog Watch® dog fence and verified its functionality. Should you decide to return your new eXtreme Dog Fence system, the trade-in rebate ($50.00) will be deducted from your refund in addition to re-stocking fees and shipping charges.
