Ordering Information
Placing an Order Online:
There are advantages to ordering online through our website. It is quick, convenient and secure. Simply select the items you are ready to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you checkout, you can select either credit card, Paypal or Amazon Payments. We are pleased to accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
*Please note that on any international order, your billing and shipping address must be the same.
*In order to process all orders efficiently and timely please note, our shipping department ship orders Monday through Friday only. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be packed and shipped the following Monday. All expressed orders placed before 10am EST will ship same day and anything after will ship the next business day. Thank for you understanding and cooperation.
*Overnight delivery on Friday before noon it will be delivered on Monday. If it is after noon on Friday it will ship on Monday. Also Overnight order placed after 10am EST on Thursday will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday.

Options for Payment
We accept your secure, online credit card payment of American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We are pleased to offer PayPal and Amazon payments as well.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. If your state requires sales tax on online purchases, the appropriate tax will be calculated at checkout.
Confirmation of Your Order
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing your order. Should you not receive confirmation of your order, please check your SPAM filter or junk mail folder. If you still are not able to locate your order confirmation, please contact us at 800-305-6116 or email us at support@extremedogfence.com.
Cancelling or Amending an Order
Should you need to change or cancel your order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing your order. After 4 hours has passed, your order can no longer be modified or cancelled without a penalty. To ensure that no additional charges are required, please one of our customer service reps as quickly as you possibly can.
Free Shipping
We’re excited to offer free ground shipping on all items shipped within the continental United States. Orders with free ground shipping typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Expedited Shipping Options (Additional Charges Apply)
If you need your order faster, we offer the following expedited shipping services for an extra fee:
- FedEx Overnight: Delivered by 8 PM the next business day.
- FedEx 2-Day Air: Delivered by 8 PM on the second business day.
- FedEx Express Saver: Delivered within 3 business days.
Expedited shipping is not included in the free shipping offer.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST will ship on the following business day. Weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.

Ground Advantage (USPS): Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days, depending on distance.
Priority Mail (USPS): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on distance.
Next Day Air (UPS or FedEx): Delivery by 8 PM the next business day.
2-Day Air (UPS or FedEx): Delivery by 8 PM on the second business day.
Express Saver or Priority Mail Express: Delivery within 3 business days.
