Grocery store chain Price Chopper® posted a recall on its website of select varieties of Iams® pet food for cats and dogs on November 25, 2010. Inexplicably, the notice was removed from the company’s website on Sunday, November, 27, about midday.
No explanation for the removal was issued, and the recall could not be confirmed
with either the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or Iams®.
